The Brincliffe is situated on the quiet Queens Promenade which benefits being on flat ground,
with views of the Irish Sea and Illuminations, good public transport links a two minute walk from the Brincliffe.

To the front of the Brincliffe there is a flat concrete car park, with parking for five vehicles which
are priority to our five ground floor rooms.

Access into the Brincliffe is by our wheelchair friendly non slip ramp or via three small steps to the left of the main front door.

The main front door and inside door are 44 ins in width giving plenty of space for wheelchairs to pass through with a metal lip making wheelchairs, scooters and pushchairs easy to cross both doors.

Once inside the Brincliffe, the hallway is well lit 24 hours a day and the ground floor is all one level giving wheelchair access to the Bar lounge, Quiet lounge and Dining Room.

On the ground floor we offer five ground floor rooms.  We have two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two single bedrooms.  Access to the bedrooms can be obtained by wheelchairs.

Once inside the bedrooms, there is tea/coffee making facilities, televisions with remote controls, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets, reading lamps, bath & hand towels, shower gels and soaps.
The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower.  Each shower has a grab rail, low level shower trays and non slip flooring.

One bedroom provides full access by wheelchair and the en-suite can also cater the wheelchair.  We advertise our premises as wheelchair friendly, and is ideal for guests with limited mobility.

We have 17 en-suite bedrooms.  There are five bedrooms on the ground floor, ten bedrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor.  There is no lift access to the first or second floors.
